The company is hiring 2400 Engineers, MCAs and MBAs who have passed out in 2009-10 Batch from our Institutional Partners. After initial training in New Delhi candidates will be placed across India.
Job Profile
The candidate will be appointed as Trainee Management Consultants for 6 months and thereafter appointed at regular Management Consultant.

After completion of basic training in New Delhi you will be given an option to work from your home State/ District.
Salary & Incentives
Stipend of Rs 2500 per month and performance related incentives as a percentage of receipts from clients will be given during the 6 months training period. Candidates may earn more than Rs 20,000/- per month in first month of training itself depending upon their overall performance.
After successful completion of training you will be appointed as regular management consultant with Rs 12,000/- per month salary.
Minimum Contract Period
The employees must work for at least 2 years from the date of joining. This period will be extended for excess leaves taken. If candidate leaves the company before expiry of 2 years than he will have to pay Rs 1 Lakh as compensation for expenses incurred on his training and opportunities given for learning new things.
Joining/ Placement Process
All application must be forwarded through Placement Officer of our Institutional Partner. In case your institute donot have alliance with us then email you interest at career@lifeforeveryone.com to become Institutional Partner.
HR Department will issue regular appointment letters after verification and also notify date of joining.
Important Clarifications
- The company does not take security deposit or training charges from trainee management consultants.
- The company is not a training institute. We donot provide classroom training to students. Employees have to learn on-the-job and achieve certain performance targets.
- The company is not a placement agency. We hire people for Life Group Companies only.
